02Revi Strategic Operating Plan

Strategic Development Phases.

Product completion got Revi here. Operational discipline, TAM expansion, and GTM execution get Revi to the next stage — structured into three sequential phases.
02.IPhase I

Systematize & Optimize

Strategic Objective
Core platform development is largely complete. The objective of Phase I is to institutionalize product management, maintain platform stability, and create repeatable development processes — while protecting customer retention and expanding Mariana Tek revenue from ~$90K MRR to $130K MRR within the existing ecosystem alone.
Product completion got Revi here. Operational discipline, TAM expansion, and GTM execution get Revi to the next stage.
Phase I Priorities
Priority 1

Systematize Product Development & Platform Stability

Establish a streamlined, repeatable product development and platform stability operating system covering roadmap management, feature prioritization, engineering coordination, sprint planning, release management, QA coordination, bug prioritization, client feedback synthesis, and technical requirement documentation. A Product Manager is an immediate hire ($17,500 / month) to own this structure.

Priority 2

Expand Mariana Tek Revenue

George Carpio, Director of Strategic Initiatives, is fully focused on pipeline generation — market intelligence, TAM mapping, BuiltWith prospecting, Clay enrichment, outbound list development, SMS and email outbound, and campaign experimentation. Blake Armentano, CEO, remains the primary closer. Target: ~$90K → $130K MRR inside Mariana Tek.

Priority 3

Protect Customer Retention

A Customer Success Manager adds execution capacity underneath Eric Lodde so Customer Success stays proactive as the client base grows, and customer operations never spill into GTM responsibilities.

Expand TAM

Strategic Objective
Revi's current accessible Mariana Tek market is approximately 1,500 locations within a total Mariana Tek ecosystem of roughly 2,500 locations. The next major growth constraint is market access. Phase II unlocks existing demand by launching additional CRM integrations and expanding distribution partnerships.
Phase II focuses primarily on technical expansion and ecosystem access.
Phase II Priorities
Priority 1

Target CRM Integrations

Mariana Tek (Live) · Mindbody (Almost Live) · ClubReady · Momence · Exerp · Resamania · Deciplus · Membr · Clubware · PushPress (Roadmap). These platforms collectively represent tens of thousands of fitness businesses globally. For example: Mindbody alone serves 40,000+ fitness and wellness businesses.

Priority 2

Distribution Expansion

This expands Revi's accessible market from ~1,500 locations → 60,000+ locations across CRM ecosystems.

02.IIIPhase III

Scale GTM Across Ecosystems

Strategic Objective
Once new integrations are launched, Revi replicates its proven outbound engine inside each newly accessible CRM ecosystem. Each CRM integration effectively opens a new market vertical, requiring its own GTM sequence.
Phase III Priorities
Priority 1

Replicate the Proven GTM Engine

Start with the lowest-friction adopters using the same market intelligence and outbound motion that works inside Mariana Tek, then expand upstream, and ultimately deepen the strategic relationship with the CRM platform itself.

Priority 2

Establish Category Leadership & Community

Category creation, customer advocacy, consultant partnerships, community development, and selective paid acquisition compound the outbound engine. Dedicated go-to-market operating capacity scales as revenue supports it — a Revenue Operations Specialist is added at $115K MRR.
