During the current phase, engineering resources are fully focused on achieving “Ready to Scale” platform status — hardening core infrastructure, reducing technical debt, and increasing engineering velocity and reliability for production readiness at scale.

Ready to Scale Sprint.

At present, the engineering organization is operating under a full sprint model focused on completing the core platform infrastructure.

  • faster release cycles and increased engineering velocity
  • production readiness testing
  • engineering sprints are two weeks long
