Revi's Mission (North Star).

Revi's long-term objective is to become the AI-powered conversion infrastructure layer for the fitness and wellness CRM ecosystem.

The platform operates inside gym management systems, analyzes CRM behavioral data, and autonomously converts leads into members through intelligent, AI-driven communication.

The strategic evolution of the company is:

AI Tool for Studios AI Infrastructure for CRM Platforms

This transition materially improves scalability, margin profile, and long-term defensibility of the business model.

03Current Market Position

Native inside Mariana Tek.

Revi's current customer base consists primarily of studios operating on the Mariana Tek gym management system, which represents Revi's first official CRM integration and strategic platform partnership.

Through this integration, Revi operates as a native conversion intelligence layer within the Mariana Tek ecosystem, enabling studios to automate lead conversion and member engagement directly through their CRM.

This partnership represents Revi's initial distribution channel and product validation environment, providing both early revenue generation and real-world feedback used to refine the platform prior to broader CRM expansion.

04Current Strategic Constraints

The remaining bottleneck is engineering, not market.

Revi has a strong product, established product-market fit, proven revenue, and customers actively using the platform. The demand already exists, the distribution partners already exist, and the partnerships are already established. The only remaining bottleneck is engineering capacity required to connect Revi into those ecosystems.

Constraint 1

Product Operating System & Platform Stability

Core platform development is largely complete. The next objective is a disciplined, repeatable product development and platform stability operating system — established by Revi's first Product Manager.

Until product development, release management, and QA operate as a repeatable cadence rather than founder-driven coordination, aggressive client acquisition would create operational strain and elevate churn risk.

Constraint 2

Limited CRM & Distribution Partner Connectivity

Revi is currently integrated with only one gym management system: Mariana Tek.

The TAM is already massive — the broader fitness software market represents tens of thousands of studios actively looking for exactly what Revi does. Revi's current accessible Mariana Tek market is approximately 1,500 locations; most existing demand is unreachable today because the technical integrations have not yet been built.

The constraint is a technical integration bottleneck, not a market-size problem. Expanding CRM and distribution partner integrations unlocks existing demand rather than creating new demand.

05Strategic Development Phases

Where Revi is going.

Revi's strategic roadmap is structured into three sequential phases. Expanding CRM and distribution integrations is a Phase II objective — Phase I is about building the operating systems that make that expansion successful.

06Immediate Company Priorities

Three immediate company priorities.

Phase I is about building the operating machine that allows Revi to scale. These are the three priorities receiving immediate company focus.

01
Priority

Build the Product & Engineering Operating System

The core platform exists. Revi now needs to make product development more structured, predictable, and internally owned.

Immediate actions
  • Hire Product Manager
  • Establish roadmap ownership
  • Formalize prioritization and release management
  • Improve QA and bug triage
  • Manage Engineers Mind through Product
  • Hire Senior Full Stack / AI-ML Engineer as revenue supports it
  • Begin transitioning core technical ownership internally
Outcome
A stable, repeatable Product + Engineering organization capable of supporting scale.
02
Priority

Build the Customer Experience Organization

Remove Customer Success as an operational bottleneck and build a scalable post-sale organization under Eric.

Immediate actions
  • Hire Customer Success Manager
  • Move day-to-day account management from Eric to the CSM
  • Standardize onboarding and customer management
  • Improve account health visibility
  • Add lightweight operational support through a Customer Success Operations VA (1099)
  • Allow Eric to increasingly manage the department instead of personally executing every customer task
Outcome
Customers are consistently onboarded, supported, retained, and expanded without Eric personally carrying the entire function.
03
Priority

Build the GTM Engine & Reach $130K MRR

Fully activate Revi's existing Mariana Tek opportunity before aggressively expanding into additional ecosystems.

Immediate actions
  • George becomes fully dedicated to pipeline generation and GTM execution
  • Remove George from general-purpose floating responsibilities
  • Systematize BuiltWith → Clay → outbound → conversation → meeting
  • Maintain a completely accurate CRM and sales pipeline
  • Add Revenue Operations capacity once MRR reaches $115K
  • Activate GTM Layers 3–6
  • Build continuous market communication and category awareness
  • Blake continues founder-led closing
  • Grow Mariana Tek revenue from ~$90K → $130K MRR
Outcome
A proven, repeatable GTM engine that can later be replicated across additional CRM ecosystems.
Phase I Objective
Build the machine before expanding the market.
· Product + Engineering becomes systematic.
· Customer Experience becomes scalable.
· GTM becomes repeatable.
· Mariana Tek reaches ~$130K MRR.
Then Revi expands TAM.
